My therapeutic work is grounded in a trauma-informed approach that values safety, trust, and choice. I believe true healing happens when we include the body in the process—not just the mind. The practices I use aim to regulate the autonomic nervous system, reduce stress, and help process emotions stored in the body.
By honouring each person’s individual pace, we create space to reconnect with your inner awareness, awaken your body’s innate wisdom, and support the flow of energy through the spine, nervous system, and energetic field. Every session is a step toward restoring a sense of safety and alignment.

1: 1 Counselling & Spinal Energetics Sessions
You can book individual counselling or Spinal Energetics sessions with me in Mooroolbark, at the beautiful Natural Wellness Centre in Monbulk, VIC or online via Zoom. I support clients across Australia and worldwide.
Each session is guided by your current needs. We may use breathwork, grounding, meditation, and gentle energy-based techniques to regulate the autonomic nervous system, reduce stress, and support stored emotional release from the body. Whether you prefer to talk or focus on somatic practices, I hold space for your innate wisdom to lead.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive form of energy healing that supports your body’s natural ability to restore balance and harmony—physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
Rooted in Japanese tradition, Reiki works by channeling universal life force energy through the practitioner’s hands into the client’s energy field. This energy moves where it’s most needed, helping to release blocks, soothe the nervous system, and bring deep relaxation.
How Reiki Can Support You
Reiki is beautiful for those seeking emotional clarity, stress relief, and inner calm. It can ease anxiety, support the healing of physical discomfort, and help you feel more connected to yourself. Many people describe feeling lighter, more grounded, and more at peace after a session.

Weekly Online Group Sessions
These online group sessions offer consistent support for your nervous system and overall wellbeing. Groups are small and include breathwork, Spinal Energetics, meditation, and guided practices to settle the central nervous system and create calm.
