“The woman you’re becoming has been waiting patiently for you to believe she’s worth fighting for.”
Hello lovely,
Thanks for joining me. I just wanted to remind you that there’s a version of you that exists beyond all the conditioning, all the trauma responses, all the ways you learned to shrink yourself to make others comfortable. She’s been there all along, waiting quietly beneath the layers of “not enough” and “too much” or whatever else quietly whispers in your mind stopping you from being confidently YOU!
That woman? She knows her worth isn’t determined by how much she can give or how little she needs. She sets boundaries without guilt. She asks for what she wants and needs. She takes up space unapologetically. She loves herself the way she loves others, fiercely and without condition.
The journey to her isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about remembering who you’ve always been underneath everything that told you to be smaller. It’s about unlearning stories that convinced you that everyone else’s needs mattered more than yours.
She’s been patient through every relationship where you gave too much. She’s been waiting through every job where you worked yourself to exhaustion for validation. She’s been there in every moment you chose everyone else’s comfort over your own truth.
The beautiful thing? Every time you choose yourself, even in small ways, you’re choosing her. Every boundary you set, every time you honour your feelings, every moment you treat yourself with kindness, you’re fighting for who you’re becoming.
Choose you beautiful. You’re worth it, you always have been.
